                                  To cater the business expansion Torrent power had in recent years, the management has decided to implement SAP IS-U in a phased manner starting from Ahmedabad. A core team of 100+ is formed to implement the ERP at Ahmedabad SAP centre. The core team was responsible to do as-is study and documentation, process definition documentation, unit testing, integrated testing, power users training and implementation. Being part of TPL IT department, in addition to above phases, I was also involved in ABAP developments. Both Ahmedabad location implementation and Surat roll over is over.

                                  All the systems were designed and developed in-house for various purposes. All the systems were replaced by SAP in September 2011. I was supposed to take leading role in most of the software developments.

                                Fisher Rosemount Limited was the first company where I started my professional career. I have started the career as programmer at FRIN and later on I was promoted to Systems Analyst in 1998. The company is subsidiary of Emerson Process Control (Germany) and most of the raw material was imported from there. The process control instruments were manufactured at Daman plant, where I worked. I had programming and software maintenance experience on variety of manufacturing as well as financial systems.
